makeup revolution iconic 3 eye shadow palette | £4 - superdrug

If there's one item of make-up that I would call the 'bloggers cult product' then I would probably hand that shiny award over to the much raved about Naked Three palette by Urban Decay. It seems as if the world and his wife are head over heels in love with it and I've yet to find a negative review of it. Sadly however I can't quite fork out the money for the Naked Three at the moment so I've been on the hunt for the perfect dupe, and I think I may have just found it.

The Redemption Iconic 3 palette by Makeup Revolution is as cheap as chips at a purse friendly £4. I couldn't quite believe my eyes when I did a quick online comparison due to the fact that every single colour is an exact copy of the shades in the offering from Urban Decay. Having not managed to get my fingers on the Naked Palette I obviously can't do a comparison on the two, but what I can tell you is that the shades in the Iconic 3 are actually quite pigmented, true some are more so than others but that's quite easily fixed by just building up the fainter colours a bit or by applying an eye shadow primer beforehand. The only thing that I wish they'd change is that I wish they didn't add those little sponge makeup brushes, instead why not simply make the individual eye shadows bigger? Oh well, beggars can't be choosers. Apart from that tiny little thing I can absolutely, hands down recommend this palette. For the price and great quality this is a complete winner in my books.
